The Garden is open to the public from April 2 to October 30, 2022
on the following days:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
(ticket offices close at 6:00 pm)
Additional opening days in 2022:

Booking and behavior rules:
- Tickets must be booked at the Giardini La Mortella ticket office, from 10 am to 6 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, or by telephone 081-986220.
- In order to collect the tickets it is MANDATORY to provide personal identification data.
- Please make sure to arrive well in advance (at least 40 minutes before the beginning of the concert).
- All ticket reservations expire 40 minutes before the concert.
- It’s mandatory to follow the Anti Covid19 legislation:
- It is mandatory to wear a face mask FFP2 for the entire duration of the concert.
- The concert takes place indoors and lasts about 60 min.
- The Management reserves the right to modify the program in case of technical or artistic needs.

REMINDER FOR VISITORS
To safeguard visitors and staff the following rules must be respected at all times:
- It’s mandatory to follow the Anti Covid19 legislation.
- During the concert, a facemask must be worn at all times.
- The required social distancing, with at least 1 metre between visitors not from the same family group and from members of staff, must be respected at all times.
- Frequent handwashing is highly recommended, as is use of the sanitizing gel dispensers.
- Do not gather in groups.
- Visitor access may be regulated by our staff for safety reasons.
- Guides and tour operators must make sure that their groups respect the Anti Covid19 legislation.
- Our garden staff are authorized to enforce these rules.
- Any visitor breaking these rules or failing to comply with staff instructions will be immediately accompanied off the property. Their entrance ticket
will not be reimbursed.

- You are free to stay as long as you wish (we suggest you allow a minimum of 2 hours). You must exit by 7 pm.
- Free parking is available at the entrance in Via Zaro - see map here
- The garden is accessible to disabled visitors; toilets for the disabled are available both in the upper and in the lower gardens.
